Do you agree that “the Customer is always right” ? I don’t agree. In my opinion not all of the customer is always right. Because the Customer who thinks they are always right, they called they are “a King” but in another side the Customer can mistakes , not because the Customer is a King they can’t  consider if they are always right. The Customer may not understand what has been provided by the Seller. Sometimes they think always what they want from the Seller, but the Seller only provide and serve are available for the Customer. Sometimes there are the Customer do not feel satisfied with what they get. So they always want to complain to the Seller . But in another, in my opinion there’s the Seller can make mistakes, maybe they are deceiving the Customer. But mostly for the Customers and the Seller are not always right.

It’s my experience being customer.

I had experiences when I was being customer. A few days ago, I went to Margo City. I want to buy kind of cosmetic. There. I went to one store of cosmetic. It’s make over store, when I came they directly serve me friendly. First they asked me what I was looking for, with a very friendly language and always smiling to me. They served me well and find what  I want. At that time I wanted to buy a lipstick and powder, then they gave me both. After that they explained to me what the advantages of my purchases, they explained very friendly with the tone very slowly and friendly to entice me to offer me other brands. They are delighting much, they ask me to taste other brands. When I’m trying to taste other brands, they explained very friendly about a advantages of that to me, and theygave me a discount if I buy it. But there’s  the Seller not friendly in another store, like when I went to another store, they just answered what I say, they’re not very friendly and not smile to me. I felt very fed up employee, they’re not very friendly with the customer. Actually They just served the customer want not with smilling. It’s make me disturbed. So I just left the store, and I don’t want to come back there.
